Eat out at a Michelin star restaurant. We are quite privileged to have the Moulin de Rosmadec with the Michelin starred chef Sebastien Martinez on our doorstep. An Electric Boat Tour on the River Aven
Book a private tour on an electric boat La Bell’Aven with Captain Rita, and explore the river Aven. A truly wonderful experience to feel like you are floating down one of the most idyllic rivers in France, without the crowds, or the sound of a noisy boat engine. Why not pack a champagne picnic, and search out a memorable beauty spot, or if you are feeling energetic, you could hop off the boat at Port Manec’h and walk the beautiful 12km coastal path, or just a section of it back to Pont Aven.

Walking is Good for the Soul
No need for a car, walk from the door of your holiday accommodation into the woods of the Bois d’Amour and leave the busyness of everything behind you, as you get enveloped in green trees, and the flow of the river. Alternatively traverse the town and follow the beautiful ‘sentier cotier’ down river, which just happens to arrive at a stunningly situated oyster bar. A quick plate of oysters, with a crisp Muscadet, or Sancerre wine, overlooking the Moulin a Maree au Henan. There doesn’t get a lot better!

A short drive or bicycle ride down green lanes will bring you to the coast and some of the best beaches in Brittany. It is easy to find a secluded spot all to yourselves and experience magnificent nature and true luxury as it should be!
